The residential complex is located in close proximity to the Pionerskaya metro station not far from the Chelyuskintsev park; the project was designed by M.I. Lapshina’s architect studio. The cast-in-situ concrete buildings are piled-supported – the inner main walls and floor structure are made with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete.
