Etude is an economy class residential complex, located in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. The complex will consist of a single two-section 23-storey building, constructed using poured concrete technology. The ground floors of the residential buildings will be occupied by parking and consumer-oriented commercial premises. The project envisages construction of children playgrounds, recreational and “green” areas.
The complex is situated on Sedova street, which connects the Nevsky district to the city centre and is within a seven-minute walking distance from the Elizarovskaya metro station.
