The project will also include non-residential premises for commercial use; a closed, vehicle-free courtyard with a variety of green space; areas for bicycle storage; as well as walking paths, recreational spaces, a playground and a work-out area.

Pulkovo House is located in the picturesque and pristine Pushkinskiy district, close to St Petersburg’s historical suburbs of Pushkin and Pavlovsk. Essential infrastructure and amenities are available within walking distance, including preschools and schools, shops, pharmacies and fitness clubs. The property also offers excellent accessibility with exits onto the city’s main thoroughfares (the Ring Road, the Western High-Speed Diameter, Pulkovskoye Shosse).

Thanks to two railway stations, public transport routes and convenient road connections, the project offers excellent transport accessibility: 10–15 minutes to the Western High Speed Diameter and the Ring Road, 20 minutes to Pulkovo Airport and 10 minutes to the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre.

There are no studio apartments in the residential complex. Various floor plans are available – from cosy one-room apartments to spacious five-room apartments.

The iLona complex is located mainly in a residential and built-up area of St Petersburg. There are a huge number of small grocery stores, pharmacies, courier delivery points and other services in the area, kindergartens and schools are within walking distance.

The new residential complex is also equipped with bicycle parking, commercial premises on the ground floor of the complex, modern and safe playgrounds for children, underground heated parking, and a closed courtyard area.

iLona is designed taking into account all the requirements of the time: buildings of variable number of storeys from 5 to 10 storeys. iLona paid special attention to the layouts — most of the apartments are designed in the "euro" format.

The Tarmo residential complex is located in a well-maintained and cosy quarter near the centre of St Petersburg.

The Tarmo complex consists of five 11‐storey buildings in the style of modern Finnish architecture. Houses and apartments contain unusual planning and design solutions typical for comfortable housing. It was in the Tarmo complex that such an innovative product as Transformers apartments was demonstrated on the St Petersburg market for the first time.

The Schastye v Tyumeni residential complex is the Company’s fourth regional project brought to market since the beginning of 2022. The project consists of three buildings of 15 to 25 floors along with an above-ground multilevel parking garage. The project offers a wide range of apartments with open-plan layouts with a combined kitchen and living room as well as a master bedroom. Some of the apartments on the upper floors have terraces offering panoramic views. The grounds of the complex will feature playgrounds for children of various ages as well as small islands for recreation and sports grounds. The project also plans to include a promenade that will run alongside a gallery of shops and offices with display windows on the ground floor.

The complex is located in the very centre of the city, ensuring that residents will have access to developed social amenities and commercial infrastructure. Within walking distance of the project there are several parks and garden squares, including the City Park of Culture and Recreation, and a well-equipped promenade along the Tura River embankment. Transport accessibility is provided by convenient access to the city’s major thoroughfares. In the future, there will be a substitute for Profsoyuznaya Street, a new park area along Severnaya Street, and a pedestrian boulevard.

The landscaping concept for the grounds surrounding the project was developed in collaboration with landscape designers and environmental experts. The Company plans to build operational terraces and publicly accessible recreation areas atop the project’s stylobate; the adjacent grounds will feature recreation and sports facilities, playgrounds as well as an extensive walking area.

Nearby are a railway station and the northern bus station, an arena for team sports, the Cosmos cinema and concert hall, the Olympic Embankment along the Iset River, a park for walking and relaxing, schools and preschools, supermarkets, shops and cafes.

The Rauta residential complex took part in a pilot project for certification according to the new GOST R green standard (developed for apartment buildings by Dom.rf). The project meets the transitional criteria of the green GOST R standard for residential buildings: a high energy-efficiency rating, landscaped grounds with green space, the use of environmentally friendly materials and accessibility.

The Schastye v Koltsovo project is being built in the Novosibirsk metropolitan area, in the Koltsovo district. The district boasts well-developed infrastructure and is one of the leading research and manufacturing hubs in the region. It offers excellent transport accessibility, with highways connecting it to Novosibirsk’s Pervomaiskiy district through Baryshevo to the north-west, and with Akademgorodok to the south.

The design of the residential complex calls for the construction of two eight-storey apartment buildings with a one-storey section connecting them. The residential complex is being built in the city centre, and within walking distance are not only commercial and social infrastructure facilities but also several of the city’s points of interest: the Tukaya Philharmonic Hall, the Kazan Zoo and Botanical Garden, the Ekiyat Puppet Theatre, etc.

The transport infrastructure makes the railway station, Kazan airport and the city’s main thoroughfare – the Great Kazan Ring Road – easily accessible.

The project includes six buildings varying in height from 17 to 19 storeys, with plans for individual storerooms on the underground floor, wheelchair-accessible spaces on the ground floor and an open multilevel parking lot on the grounds. All of the complex’s buildings are being built using modern eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies. The functionality of the buildings is a result of using not only innovative equipment but also rational planning solutions.

The project also pays special attention to improving the Noksa River embankment, where sports facilities, running tracks and recreation areas will be built in the surrounding parkland.
