One of our main sales channels is our regional sales network. In 2020, Etalon Group's regional sales network expanded to six more cities, reaching 59 in total. The network has always contributed to sustainable sales growth: about 33% of all sales in 2020 came through the regional network.
We are constantly improving our sales systems, including by developing digital channels. The introduction of digital systems to create personalised offers and improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey has increased customer loyalty and is driving repeat sales. In 2020, repeat purchases accounted for 25% of total sales.
