The main documents regulating the activities of ETALON GROUP PLC, a Cyprus registered company with a GDR listing on the London Stock Exchange, are the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113, the UKLA Listing, Prospectus and Disclosure and Transparency Rules, together with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. ETALON GROUP PLC has also enacted a number of governance policies and procedures to ensure that a proper system of corporate governance is in place, such as the Management Policy and Committee terms of reference.
