Etalon Acquires New Project in St. Petersburg

Etalon Group Limited (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has acquired a 2-hectare land plot in the Kalininskiy district of St. Petersburg for a new residential development project. 

The expected NSA of the new project is 42 ths sqm, with a 20-storey residential building containing 765 flats, a parking garage, and a pre-school for 80 children.

The plot is located on Obruchevykh street, within walking distance of the Polytekhnicheskaya and Akademicheskaya metro stations. It is situated in a well-developed district, with stores, entertainment and fitness centres, as well as schools and kindergartens, all in close proximity. The Sosnovka and St. Petersburg Polytechnic University parks are both within walking distance of the future development.

The construction permit for this project has already been acquired, and construction is expected to start in the next 12 months, with delivery due in 2018.
