ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has launched sales at Etalon on the Neva, its project in the Nevsky district of St Petersburg.
The comfort-plus class project consists of two residential buildings with 838 apartments, two parking facilities (one outdoor and one underground) with a total of 501 spaces, and a pre-school. The total net sellable area of the project will be 76 ths sqm, including 56 ths sqm of residential area. Thanks to its location on the Neva River embankment, the majority of the apartments in this residential complex will offer impressive views. The project will feature unique apartment configurations including top-floor residences with spacious terraces, two-level apartments, and apartments with private entrances on the lower floors offering direct access for strolls along the Neva.
Etalon on the Neva is conveniently located in a district with well-developed residential and transport infrastructure. Several stores and a fitness centre are close by, as well as two parks. Elizarovskaya metro station is within walking distance, while the historic centre of St Petersburg can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The complex benefits from easy access to major transport routes, with the Alexandr Nevsky and Volodarsky bridges located nearby.
This project was acquired by Etalon Group in December 2017, in line with its strategy of obtaining high-quality projects that are ready to launch within 6-18 months. Etalon Group plans to complete the project in early 2022.
