ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the start of sales for the latest phase of its Domino residential complex in St Petersburg.
The new phase is a premium-class residential building with 168 apartments. The NSA of this stage of the project is expected to be 21.5 ths sqm, including 14 ths sqm of residential and commercial real estate.
The latest phase, called Domino Premium, will feature a comfortable mid-rise building (10–11 stories) with a wide selection of apartment layouts. Future residents will be able to choose from both classical and open-plan layouts combining a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as unconventional floor plans – for example, apartments with access to a shared outdoor terrace or apartments with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Thanks to high ceilings and French balconies with floor-to-ceiling glazing, the apartments will benefit from plenty of natural light. The building’s lower floors will house spacious recreation rooms and pram storage facilities, commercial infrastructure as well as a communal area for residents. The private landscaped grounds surrounding Domino Premium will be equipped with modern children’s playgrounds and sports grounds, a workout area, parking for bicycles and quiet areas for relaxation.
The residential complex is located in a prestigious part of the Primorskiy district – a seven-minute walk from the Chyornaya Rechka metro station. There are nearby green areas for recreation and walks: Stroganovskiy Park and Saltykovskiy Garden as well as the parks and palaces of Kamenniy Island. The district offers excellent transport accessibility and well-developed infrastructure. Ploshchad Vosstaniya and the Moscow railway station can be reached in 16 minutes by car, while Pulkovo Airport is about 30 minutes away. The area also offers convenient access to nearby resort suburbs.
