ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it will begin sales on 1 April 2024 at LDM, its new flagship premium-class residential complex in St Petersburg.

The project consists of seven buildings varying in height from three to nine stories, with a two-level underground parking garage. The project is expected to have NSA of 69 ths sqm, including 45.2 ths sqm of residential real estate. In addition to apartments with classical layouts, the project also offers so-called city villas, three-level apartments with private entrances and terraces. The project features an exclusive recreational space that includes a grand lobby, a cafe, areas for sports and recreation, as well as a children’s centre. The grounds of the project were developed based on a custom design that includes green space, playgrounds and recreation areas.

The LDM residential complex is being built in an extraordinary location in the centre of the city, in a picturesque and prestigious part of St Petersburg’s Petrogradskiy district, on the banks of Malaya Nevka. Thanks to the property’s embankment location, most of the apartments have excellent views, and its proximity to Krestovskiy and Kamenniy Islands ensures easy access to a large number of parks and public gardens. The location of the residential complex meets all the requirements of the premium segment – close proximity to the Malaya Nevka marina as well as the city’s best restaurants and top attractions – and the Petrogradskiy district itself has all the necessary infrastructure and amenities and is one of the city’s key business districts. Major thoroughfares and the Western High-Speed Diameter are easily accessible from the property.

Delivery of the residential complex is scheduled for 4Q 2027.
