ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established residential real estate developers, announces that its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) will be held at Griva Digeni, 36B, 4th floor, Flat/Office 403, 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus on Monday, 30th of September 2024, at 11 a.m. Cyprus time.
The following resolutions will be proposed at the EGM:
ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS:
1. The amendment to item 4.5 of the AGM Resolutions passed at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company on December 15, 2023.
2. The amendment to item 4.8 of the AGM Resolutions passed at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company on December 15, 2023.
3. The amendment to item 4.13 of the AGM Resolutions passed at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company on December 15, 2023.
4. The amendment to item 4.16 of the AGM Resolutions passed at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company on December 15, 2023.
5. The amendment to item 4.19 of the AGM Resolutions passed at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company on December 15, 2023.
Holders of depositary receipts can submit voting instructions until 28 September 2024, inclusive. The RCS Issuer Services S.AR.L Depositary will provide an opportunity to submit instructions after registration on the Depositary's website https://rcsgroup.lu/signin/. The relevant information will be published on the Depositary's website. Holders of depositary receipts will also be able to submit instructions through their brokers and custodians through European clearing systems..
