Etalon Group Limited (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, is pleased to announce that it has launched sales for its Moscow Gates residential development project in St. Petersburg.
Moscow Gates will consist of six residential buildings of up to 18 stories situated on a 12.8 hectare land plot in the prestigious Moskovskiy district of St. Petersburg. The project is located in an area with well-developed infrastructure close to Moskovskiy prospect and within a five-minute walk from the Moscow Gates metro station.
The project has a total planned NSA of 227 ths sqm, which includes 2,496 flats and 884 parking places. Etalon Group expects to complete the project in 2017.
