Etalon Group Limited (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, has published a visual update on projects under development that will influence the volume of deliveries in 2015.
All projects currently under construction remain on track: in 2015 Etalon Group plans to deliver 14 residential buildings. Total deliveries planned in 2015 amount to 500 ths sqm of NSA.

The Company recorded revenue of RUB 51.5 billion and EBITDA of RUB 10.6 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 21% for the year ended 31 December 2014.
