ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, has launched sales for a new building at Silver Fountain, a business class project in Moscow.
The newly-launched 12-19 storey building has a planned total net sellable area (“NSA”) of 67 ths sqm, including 16 ths sqm of parking for 482 cars and 2 ths sqm of built-in commercial premises.
Silver Fountain is being developed in line with Etalon Group’s updated strategy, under which the Company seeks to expand into new, higher-value segments of the residential real estate market in its key geographies of Moscow and St Petersburg. This business class project, designed by leading architects, will consist of five residential and commercial buildings, including a business centre, as well as social infrastructure and parking for 2,100 cars. The planned NSA of the entire complex is 228 ths sqm.
Etalon Group plans to complete the project in 2021.
