ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the delivery of the Shchastye v Kuskovo project, located in the Eastern administrative district of Moscow. The project has a total NSA of 6 ths sqm, including 5 ths sqm of residential area.
Schastye v Kuskovo is a modern 11-storey business-class building with underground parking. The project is located in a green neighbourhood with the Kuskovo Forest Park within walking distance, as well as the Kuskovo Museum-Estate and Raduga Park. The area has well developed social infrastructure, including several schools, pre-schools, shops, pharmacies, fitness centres and beauty salons located nearby. The Shchastye v Kuskovo residential complex is located near the Novogireevo and Vykhino metro stations and offers convenient access to the Moscow Ring Road, the North-Eastern Chord and Ryazanskiy Prospekt.
With the completion of this project, Etalon Group has delivered 94 ths sqm of NSA since the beginning of 2020.
