ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the launch of a comfort class project on Beloostrovskaya Street in the Primorskiy district of St Petersburg.
This project, named Domino, consists of a 10-storey building with underground and ground-level parking for 219 cars. The expected NSA of the project is 29 ths sqm, including 20 ths sqm of residential area. The Domino residential complex offers apartments with a wide range of layouts, most of which are equipped with spacious balconies or loggias. Customers may also choose from apartments with panoramic windows. A special feature of this project is a closed courtyard that is free from cars, with a playground, a sports ground, a recreational area and an amphitheatre.
The Domino residential complex is located in a charming neighbourhood not far from the Chernaya Rechka Embankment. The Saltykovskiy Garden, Stroganovskiy Park and Ushakovskaya Embankment are all nearby as well. The project boasts good transport accessibility, with several public transport stops and the Chernaya Rechka metro station within 7 minutes’ walk. The residential complex also has convenient exits to Primorskiy Prospekt and the Western High-Speed Diameter (WHSD), enabling residents of the complex to quickly reach other districts and resort towns around St Petersburg.
Etalon Group plans to complete the project in 4Q 2022.
