ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the delivery of the Schastye na Sokole project, located in the northern administrative district of Moscow.
The business class project Schastye na Sokole features a shared gallery joining two sections that are five and 10 storeys high. The project includes a two-level underground parking garage and it is surrounded by a private landscaped territory. The total NSA of the project is 9 ths sqm, comprising 7 ths sqm of residential area.
The Schastye na Sokole project is located close to the Sokol and Airport metro stations in a residential district that offers well-developed infrastructure and comfortable living conditions. Within walking distance, one will find supermarkets, educational institutions, pre-schools, a cinema, as well as several parks and ponds, including Timiryazevsky and Chapaevsky parks, Ambulatorny and Koptevsky ponds with a landscaped area for walking and recreation. The project has good transport accessibility, with two metro stations within walking distance and easy access to Leningradsky Prospekt and the North-Western Chord.
With the completion of Schastye na Sokole, Etalon Group has delivered 193 ths sqm year-to-date.
