ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the delivery of the Schastye na Presne project, located in the central administrative district of Moscow.
The Schastye na Presne residential complex is a business class residential building ranging from 16 to 19 storeys high with an underground parking garage. The total NSA of the project is 6.1 ths sqm, including 5.4 ths sqm of residential area. Apartments in Schastye na Presne feature ceilings that range from 3.6 to 5.1 metres in height. Panoramic windows in the apartments offer stunning views of the Moscow City business district, the Moscow River embankment, the Krasnogvardeyskiye ponds and other attractions in the centre of the capital.
The Schastye na Presne project is located within a 15-minute walk of the Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro station, in close proximity to the Third Ring Road and Zvenigorodskoye Shosse. Just 100 metres from the complex is the picturesque and green Krasnogvardeiskiy Bulvar, with its cascade of ponds, behind which are Krasnaya Presnya Park and the embankment of the Moscow River. Within walking distance one can find numerous shops, two preschools, a sports centre and the Expocentre.
This project has enjoyed high demand and all the apartments in the residential complex have already been sold. With the completion of Schastye na Presne, Etalon Group has delivered 199 ths sqm year-to-date.
