Schastye v Koltsovo

The first phase of construction includes eight buildings varying in height from 7 to 16 storeys. The buildings include storage rooms for seasonal items as well as pram storage on the ground floors. The inner courtyard of the first building will be equipped with playgrounds for children, areas with exercise machines, bicycle racks, areas designated for rest and relaxation, a sensory labyrinth, as well as an inclusive playground that will enable children with disabilities to play and develop together with their peers. The customised landscape design for the Schastye v Koltsovo project envisages the creation of green spaces where residents can exercise or do yoga. The Schastye v Koltsovo project is being built in the Novosibirsk metropolitan area, in the Koltsovo district. The district boasts well-developed infrastructure and is one of the leading research and manufacturing hubs in the region. It offers excellent transport accessibility, with highways connecting it to Novosibirsk’s Pervomaiskiy district through Baryshevo to the north-west, and with Akademgorodok to the south.
