ETALON GROUP PLC (“Etalon Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s largest development and construction companies, has begun sales at its new premium residential complex in the centre of St Petersburg, Mariinka Deluxe.
The complex is the latest addition to Etalon Group’s AURIX portfolio, a national brand under which the Company plans to develop premium residential, office and resort real estate projects. The brand’s flagship project is the LDM residential complex, on Pesochnaya Embankment in St Petersburg, which was launched in April 2024 and was the best-selling project in its class in Russia’s Northern Capital in the first two months of 2025.
The Mariinka Deluxe complex is a low-rise 9-storey building featuring 94 apartments, underground parking and a private garden. The project offers a variety of layouts, from one-room apartments to family units of over 200 sqm, and meets the high standards of the premium segment, featuring refined architecture, penthouses with panoramic views overlooking the river as well as a spacious terrace with a private garden on the second floor.
The new complex is being built on Matisov Island, one of the most picturesque areas of St Petersburg. Located near a variety of amenities and cultural heritage sites, the project combines the comfort of urban living with an atmosphere of tranquillity and a natural aesthetic. Within walking distance are the Mariinsky Theatre – a symbol of the city’s cultural life – and New Holland Island.
The premium segment demonstrated strong growth in 2024, with demand increasing by 54% in monetary terms and by 11% in terms of floor space. The average price per square metre rose 38%. The launch of a new premium residential complex in St Petersburg will diversify the Company’s project portfolio and support future sales.
